Blue Ridge Catering will be providing the following along with a staff to serve the items:
1) Southern Antipasti Display – Assorted meats, cheeses, veggies & accoutrements including country ham, Surryano ham with pimento cheese, cheese slaw, southern artisan cheese, pickled okra & other vegetables, seasonal roasted & raw vegetables & fruits with assorted chutneys, chow chow,& jams, local honey, candied pecans, rosemary crackers, cheese straws, grilled baguette, candied bacon.
2) Creamy crab dip with French bread rounds
3)Smokehouse brisket slider – Brioche bun with smoked beef brisket, cheddar cheese, crispy fried onions, garlic mayo & bbqsauce.
4)Pretzel coated chicken tenders with brown ale molasses mustard sauce
5)Lemongrass shrimp cocktail – Marinated, grilled & chilled & served with sweet chili sauce
6)Taste of summer pasta – Cavatappi pasta with roasted tomato confit, grilled peppers, squash & zucchini with lemon herb pesto & Parmesan cheese
7) White pie focassia – With garlic,olive oil, sundries tomatoes, red onion, mozzarella & feta cheeses
8) Assorted petite sweets– cookies, brownies, dessert bars, macaroons
